are easily attainable in the USVI, since it
is a territory of the United States. Scotia
Bank and First Bank are currently offering
what we feel are favorable finance options
for purchases of raw land, although there
are branch offices from many other financial
institutions as well. The terms are similar
to those found in North America, and given
the continued upswing in land values in USVI,
and especially Water Island, the opportunity
for high returns are excellent.
Construction
and development money is also readily available
through the multitude of financial institutions
present in St. Thomas.
The
owners have excellent realtionships with lenders
in the area and will be happy to assist buyers with
the process.
Title
insurance and all of the neccessary protections
are standard in the USVI.
The
property owners are prepared to offer secondary
financing on the lots, should it be neccessary,
