Bank and First Bank are currently offering
what we feel are favorable finance options

are branch offices from many other financial
institutions as well. The terms are similar
to those found in North America, and given
the continued upswing in land values in USVI,
and especially Water Island, the opportunity
for high returns are excellent.
Construction
and development money is also readily available
through the multitude of financial institutions
present in St. Thomas.
The

in the area and will be happy to assist buyers with

insurance and all of the neccessary protections
