No problem. Want a vaulted ceiling in the main room? We'll explain what your options are and provide pricing. Want a certain level of cabinetry for the kitchen or certain appliances? Can do. In short, you can have your home built exactly the way you want it, for a price you can afford.

Lastly, you get to choose one of the most important aspects of any real estate deal: location, location, location. Want the house to face one direction to catch the breezes in the morning? Done. Want your living room to look over the bay below? Done. Want to be able to catch the sunset from your master bedroom deck? Done. The house looks the way you want it, with the options you want, on the lot you want.

All of our homes are built of modular steel construction on a concrete base with a cistern, septic tank, and electrical systems in place. This construction style provides us with the flexibility to create the house you want with the options you want in under a year, sometimes as short as six months. And this is construction built to withstand the elements in the Caribbean and provide you with decades of enjoyment for you and your family.

Interior options range from utilitarian to the luxurious - again, it all depends on how you want your house built! Happy with the formica top in the kitchen? Great. Prefer the marble? No problem as well. You can choose our basic package, or spruce it up with the options you want.

You also get say in the floorplan! Want to make the spare bedroom into an office? Consider it done. Want a bigger kitchen with a larger island in the center? A larger master bathroom? A bigger deck? Done, done, and done.
